The severe nationwide shortage of staff has also impacted Sistability who primarily provide services to NDIS participants and Aged Care clients across Sydney and the Northern Rivers NSW. Due to the pandemic and the numerous lockdowns that have taken place, we’ve been unable to bring new clients on board as many of our own staff had to cease work and stay home to look after their own families.
