All in-home support services are available for Home Care Package (HCP) clients - whether self-managed or under our Guided Support (Self-Managed PLUS) option- and will continue to be offered through the upcoming Support at Home Program.

Your Home Care Package can also include home cleaning and garden maintenance services — we’re here to make life easier, inside and out.
Home Cleaning Services – regular cleaning, spring cleaning, and support with hoarding or excessive build-up
Gardening Services – lawn mowing, weeding, outdoor safety, and yard clean-ups
You can mix and match services to suit your needs — and we’ll coordinate it all for you if you choose our Guided Support (Self-Managed PLUS) option.
