NDIS Clients

If you are an NDIS participant, our services can help you maintain a safe and healthy home environment while supporting your independence. We offer:

  • Regular Cleaning – Home maintenance cleaning to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

  • Gardening – Lawn care, garden maintenance, and safe outdoor access solutions.

  • Specialised Cleaning – Services for excessive build-up, hoarding, and high-need environments, requiring an on-site inspection and quote. These cleans often involve working closely with support coordinators, support workers, and clients to ensure the best outcome.

As a registered NDIS provider, we understand the importance of flexible, client-focused support that aligns with your plan goals. Whether you’re self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed, we’re here to assist.

Aged Care Clients (HCP)

For seniors receiving Home Care Package (HCP) funding, we provide professional in-home services to help you maintain a comfortable and well-kept home. Our services include:

  • Cleaning & Gardening – Assistance with household upkeep to ensure safety and cleanliness.

  • Support Services – Help with daily activities such as meal prep, social support, and transportation.

  • Care Coordination – Guidance and assistance navigating aged care services through our Care Compass support program.

We make it easy to incorporate our services into your HCP, working with you or your provider to ensure your needs are met.

Private-Pay Clients

Not eligible for NDIS or HCP funding? We offer flexible, professional services for private clients who want high-quality home support without government funding restrictions.

  • No wait times – Book services as needed with flexible scheduling.

  • Premium service – Professional, reliable cleaners, gardeners, and support staff.

  • Customised care – Tailored solutions based on your personal needs and preferences.

Our private-pay services are ideal for busy professionals, families, and seniors who want assistance with home maintenance, support, or garden care.

Veterans

We honour our veterans by providing personalised services that cater to your unique needs:

  • Domestic Cleaning – Ongoing maintenance cleaning, once-off deep (spring) cleaning, specialised (high-needs) cleaning, and end-of-lease/move-out cleaning.

  • Gardening & Lawn Care – Garden maintenance, lawn care services, and garden clean-up & tip runs.

  • Support Services – Domestic assistance, social support, and transport solutions.

We partner with registered Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) providers to ensure you receive the highest quality care. While your DVA provider manages administrative tasks, we deliver the services that make your daily life more comfortable.

Carers

Supporting a loved one can be both rewarding and challenging. To alleviate some of the burdens faced by carers, we offer:

  • Domestic Cleaning – Assistance with household tasks to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.

By providing these services, we aim to free up your time and energy, allowing you to focus more on caring for your loved ones. Carers in the Northern Rivers can access our services through a referral from Carers NSW. Please reach out to them to explore your options.
