  • The Discovery Session is a 60-minute consultation where we:

    • Explain how My Aged Care and Home Care Packages work

    • Discuss your parent’s care needs and possible funding options

    • Provide expert advice on the best services available

    • Provide information on the aged care process and any next steps

    You’ll leave with a clear action plan and the confidence to move forward in securing the right support.

  • After the session, we will provide you with a personalised care plan and outline the next steps. This might include:

    ✔ Applying for a Home Care Package (if not already done)

    ✔ Finding and setting up the right services for your parent

    ✔ Ongoing care coordination and support (if needed)

    If you choose, we can continue to assist you in managing the aged care process, making it as simple and stress-free as possible.
