What Our Team Loves About Us

I joined Sistability at a time when I needed a fresh start. After many years in hospitality management—especially working through the challenges of the pandemic—I was burned out. The stress had taken a toll on my mental health, and I knew I needed a change.

I started on the cleaning team, and right away, I found the work deeply satisfying. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing the immediate, tangible impact of your efforts on someone’s life. It helped me shift my focus outward, reconnect with the world, and appreciate the diverse and interesting clients I worked with. The Sistability team made it even better—fun, supportive, and always fostering a strong sense of camaraderie.

Eventually, I transitioned into gardening, and that’s where I truly found my happy place. I’ve always loved plants, and I like to think they love me back. What started as a temporary role has turned into something much more—it was supposed to be an “in-between” job, but years later, I’m still here. When it comes to job satisfaction and great people, this job is right up there.
