Support Worker

Building upon the foundational cleanliness provided by our professional cleaning services, our support workers offer a comprehensive, holistic service that addresses not only household tasks but also encompasses personal care, meal preparation, and social support. This multifaceted role is tailored to assist with a wide range of daily activities, supporting an independent yet supported lifestyle. It is particularly beneficial for NDIS participants who require assistance that extends beyond the physical environment, including emotional and social support, skills development, and active participation in community life.

Gardener

Sistability's gardening services contribute to the overall aesthetics and health of your outdoor spaces. Our skilled gardeners handle a variety of tasks including lawn mowing and edging, weeding, pruning and trimming of plants and shrubs, as well as repotting and replanting to enhance the vibrancy and layout of your garden. We also offer comprehensive garden clean-ups, which include removing debris and performing tip runs to dispose of waste properly.

Notes about Tools & Supplies

Sistability provides all necessary equipment and supplies for cleaning services, ensuring a comprehensive, hassle-free cleaning experience directly tailored to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the participant’s home environment.

Sistability's support workers do not carry cleaning equipment or supplies - clients must provide their own. This approach not only caters to client’s personal preferences regarding cleaning products and tools but also ensures that they have continued access to these supplies for their own use, promoting independence outside of scheduled support sessions.

While Sistability's gardeners come fully equipped with all the necessary tools to perform various gardening tasks, clients are required to provide all materials needed for plant maintenance. This includes fertilisers, sprays, soil, and pots. Providing your own gardening materials ensures that the specific needs and preferences for your garden's care are met, aligning with our goal to tailor our services to each client's unique requirements.
