Sistability wins multiple awards in Ballina Shire business awards

Sistability announced today that it was named the winner of ‘Excellence in Small Business’ with CEO and Co-Founder Jade Taylor, announced as the winner of the ‘Outstanding Business Leader’ in the Ballina Shire Business Awards – highlighting the tenacity and determination to succeed in the most challenging of times.

“I am so proud of my team. Being recognised as a business of excellence validates all the hard work that goes into running a business and proves that when you combine dedication, the right people, a thirst for knowledge and personal growth, really anything is possible,” said Jade Taylor, CEO & Co-Founder of Sistability.

Sistability has faced multiple challenges over the past 12 months particularly due to rapid growth with high demand for their services. With over 2,800 NDIS participants in the Ballina, Byron & Lismore LGAs - many of which require help in maintaining their homes - the Sistability team has had to rise to the challenges that come with rapid growth including upgrading their office premises to cater for more staff, improving business systems and processes and bringing on dedicated staff to manage client enquiries, schedule appointments and recruit multiple team members for the field.

In addition to the Excellence in Small Business Award that Sistability received, CEO and Co-Founder, Jade Taylor was announced as the winner for Outstanding Business Leader in the Awards.

“I am thrilled to be recognised for all the hard work that goes into building a business and to be able to truly make a difference to the lives of others. Seeing the positive impact our services have made on our clients makes my job so much more enjoyable. Knowing that when you put your own experiences, expertise, and heart into creating something that can help others is a wonderful feeling. I’m so excited to continue on this exciting path and to grow the business so we can help many more people throughout the region and the country.” Jade Taylor, CEO & Award Winner

As winners of the two awards, Sistability and Jade Taylor are now finalists in the Northern Rivers Regional Business Awards.
