Terms and Conditions for Booking a Session

1. Booking Confirmation:

  • Your booking will be confirmed once the payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway, Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking details.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made:

    • More than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

    • Within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total session fee.

4. Rescheduling Policy:

  • You may reschedule your session without any penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance. For rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session, a fee may apply at our discretion.

5. Late or Missed Appointments:

  • If you are late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered as cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation fees.

6. Changes to Your Booking:

  • If you need to make changes to your booking details (such as the attendee or session type), please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request, minus any applicable fees as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

8. Session Delivery:

  • Sessions can be conducted in-person, online (via Zoom), or over the phone, as selected during the booking process. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they have the appropriate technology and environment for online or phone sessions.

9. Liability:

  • Sistability is not responsible for any technological issues or connectivity problems on the part of the attendee that may affect the session. It is the attendee's responsibility to ensure they are prepared and have stable internet or phone access for the session.

10. Data Privacy:

  • We take your privacy seriously. All personal information provided during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for the purposes of providing our services.

11. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By confirming this booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation policy and any applicable fees.
