NDIS Service Booking Process
Step 1: Complete Quote/Service Request Form
Complete our online booking/ quote request form (or call us and we can do it for you!). We’ll review your requirements and contact you if we need any further information.
Step 4: Appointments Confirmed & Scheduled
We add your appointments to our scheduling calendar. You’ll be sent an email confirmation when added as well as email and text reminders before each appointment.
Step 2: Service Agreement Sent for Review
We’ll send a Service Agreement for you to review and sign. It’s sent via an online portal so there’s no need for you to print anything out - view, leave comments and sign online.
Step 5: Your Dedicated Team Assigned to You!
Your dedicated team of professional cleaners will come to your home (same day, same time) leaving you with a spic and span home!
Step 3: Acceptance of Service Agreement
Once we have received your signed Service Agreement, we are able to confirm your booking. Service bookings are also added to PRODA at this time if NDIA managed.
Step 6: Client Feedback & Reviews
After your initial appointment you’ll receive an email asking for feedback. We’ll email you periodically throughout your service booking to ensure we are servicing you the best way we can.
